To secure your event date, a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel 14 or more days before your event, you can apply it to a future rental within 12 months. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit, and weather-related cancellations are fully refunded.
We read every message. If you don't hear back within 2 hours during business hours (8am–10pm), assume your text got eaten by the internet and send it again.
